Frequently asked questions
Who is eligible for the complimentary magnet?
Anyone who completes a paid PDF purchase on onlydrinkwhatyoubrew.com — The Book, The Brewer's Workbook, The Creator Bundle or The Complete Method. Free downloads, cancelled orders and unpaid orders do not qualify.
Is this the same as the paid magnet in the shop?
No. The paid Signature Crest Magnet in the Brewer's Collection is a separate retail purchase. This complimentary magnet is a gift included with your PDF purchase — you do not pay for it.
When will my magnet arrive?
After you submit this form, we verify your order and create a Printify fulfilment order manually. Shipping times vary by destination. We will contact you at your purchase email if there are any issues.
My PDF is digital — why does the magnet ship separately?
Your PDF is delivered instantly by download link. The physical magnet is a printed product fulfilled through Printify and mailed to your address — they travel different routes.
Can I claim more than one magnet?
You receive one magnet per eligible PDF product unit in your order. A bundle counts as one unit unless its offer explicitly states otherwise.
