Refund Policy

We stand behind everything we publish. If you're not satisfied with a purchase from Only Drink What You Brew, reach out within 30 days of your order date and we'll make it right — no lengthy back-and-forth required.

All products in our Digital Library — including The Book, the Brewer's Workbook, the Creator Bundle, and the Complete Only Brew Method — are delivered as downloadable PDF files. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

We will issue a full refund if:

• You were charged but never received a download link or access token.
• The file you downloaded is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from what was described.
• You were accidentally charged twice for the same product.
• You contact us within 30 days of purchase and the content simply wasn't what you expected — we'd rather refund you than have a dissatisfied brewer.

We generally do not issue refunds if:

• You have already downloaded and consumed a substantial portion of the material and are requesting a refund more than 30 days after purchase.
• The request is made after the 30-day window with no extenuating circumstances.

The Seven-Day Creator Challenge is offered at no cost. There is nothing to refund. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, contact us and we'll resend your link immediately.

Discount codes (including those earned through our Spin-to-Win wheel and Scratch Card) are single-use and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders. If you experienced a technical issue that prevented a valid code from being applied at checkout, contact us within 7 days and we'll honor the discount.

Some pages on this site — including our Equipment recommendations — contain affiliate links. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content or product reviews.
